West End Stadium (now officially named TQL stadium) has been called the greatest soccer-specific stadium in the United States, and we’re thrilled to call it home.

We want you to have as much fun as we all do when you attend a game, so here’s everything you need to know to make sure you make the most of your next visit to TQL Stadium.

Before the game

TQL Stadium neighbors Over the Rhine, a neighborhood full of Cincinnati history and some of Cincinnati’s most popular bars and restaurants. All a short walk from the stadium, here are The Pride’s recommendations for places to grab a drink or a bite to eat before the next match.

  • Why it’s on our list: It’s where The Pride meets before every home match!

  • Location: 111 W. McMicken Ave

  • What to order: If they’ve got it on tap, try their “Preacher” peach ale.

The Pride is excited to call Northern Row home for the 2021 season and beyond! In addition to being a great partner for The Pride and our work in the community, they have a great space that you’ll enjoy hanging out in before games.

Plus, on home match days, they have deals only for members of The Pride:

  • All beers will be poured in 24oz glasses but at the regular 16oz price (except the high ABV beers).

  • $5 shots

Meet us at Northern Row, march to the stadium with us, and then join The Pride!

  • Why it’s on our list: It’s a great neighborhood bar, and the corteo in Washington Park is just a minute’s walk from the door.

  • Location: The corner of Race and 12th

  • What to order: Cobblestone will be offering $3 Bud Lights and beer from Sonder Brewing.

  • Why it’s on our list: The Pitch is a brand new soccer bar right across the street from TQL Stadium.

  • Location: Corner of Central Pkwy. and 15th

  • What to order: Drink specials TBA

The March

The FC Cincinnati Supporters’ March is open to all fans, whether you’re in a supporter’s group or not, but we’d love if you marched with us.

The March is an iconic aspect of FCC Fandom. Supporters' marches can be seen around the globe as both a matter of spectacle but also practicality. For FCC, supporters groups meet at local bars and pubs and coordinate a time to make their way to the stadium together. This is not only a safer way to transport thousands of fans from one place to another, but allows the supporters to gather and celebrate their club and city before even taking their seats.

Note: All times listed below are approximate.

The Pride leaves Northern Row — ~90 minutes before kick

Approximately 1 hour before kickoff, The Pride will leave Northern row and head down Race street toward Findlay Market. The supporters groups participating in the march will meet at the south side of Findlay Market and progress down Pleasant St., across Liberty, and into Washington Park.

Corteo at Washington Park — ~70 minutes before kick

The corteo is an initial celebration of the excitement for the match. Fans will gather together, pop smoke, and sing together, gathering up for the second stage of the March.

Heading for the stadium — ~60 minutes before kick

After Washington Park, the March will take 14th St. to Central and progress toward the stadium, up the grand staircase on the east side of the stadium.

Entrada — ~45 minutes before kick

The entrada is the conclusion of the March, the entrance to the stadium, and a statement of intent by the fans. Chant leaders will deliver their messages and rally the supporters to stand behind the players and will them to victory

Chants

FC Cincinnati has earned a reputation for having a stellar stadium atmosphere. The passion of the fans put FCC on the map at a global level early on, and is likely the reason FCC is in MLS today.

Chants are a massive part of the atmosphere; whether a simple "F-C-C!” or a verse and chorus based on a pop-single, they are a way for fans to express their support in unison, or react to what's happening on the field. They can be complicated, simple, witty, celebrate a player, or even a joke at an opposing player's expense, and they can change the complexion of a match. Chants are the voice of the 12th man.

We have a whole page dedicated to helping you learn all of FC Cincinnati’s chants.
